This consent is solely for the Veiled SMS program. It is not transferable to any other company or program.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may receive services from Veiled without opting in to SMS.
- Opt-in records (timestamp, consent method, phone number, IP address) are retained for a minimum of 4 years in compliance with TCPA recordkeeping requirements.
- Your phone number and SMS consent are not shared with, sold to, or assigned to any other company or brand for marketing purposes.
- Your phone number is shared with Twilio, Inc. solely to deliver SMS messages on our behalf. Twilio acts as a data processor under our instructions.
- To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any message. No further messages will be sent (except a single opt-out confirmation required by carriers).
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
