Use Case
What This Program Is For
The Veiled SMS Program is a customer care messaging program. Messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in, and only for the following purposes:
- Appointment Coordination: Confirming, reminding, and updating you about scheduled appointments with Veiled.
- Missed-Call Follow-Up: If you called Veiled and did not reach someone, a text follow-up is sent to ensure your needs are addressed promptly.
- Customer Support: Responding to support inquiries or providing status updates when text communication is preferred or more convenient.
- Service Updates: Notifying you of material changes to a scheduled appointment (e.g., rescheduling, cancellation).
This is not a marketing or promotional SMS program. Veiled does not send bulk advertising, promotional offers, sweepstakes, affiliate marketing messages, or any content that is not directly related to your service relationship with the business.

How to Opt In
Web Form
Complete the SMS opt-in form at veiled.life/#opt-in. You must enter your mobile phone number and check the explicit consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
The consent language displayed at opt-in reads:
"By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Veiled about appointments, reminders, and customer support at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies (up to 4/month). Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Keyword: JOIN
Text the keyword JOIN to (480) 442-3716 from your mobile phone to enroll in the Veiled SMS Program.
After sending JOIN, you will receive a confirmation message:
"You are now enrolled in Veiled SMS. Msg & data rates may apply. Up to 4 msgs/month. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for info."
Double opt-in: After submitting the web form, subscribers receive a confirmation text and must reply Y (or a confirmation keyword) to complete enrollment. This ensures we have documented, verifiable consent.

Opt-Out & Help Instructions
Reply STOP to any Veiled SMS to immediately unsubscribe. All future messages will stop. A single opt-out confirmation will be sent.

- TCPA Compliant: Veiled obtains prior express written consent before sending any SMS messages. Consent records are retained.
- CTIA Guidelines: This program follows the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, including required STOP/HELP handling and message identification.
- 10DLC Registration: Messaging is sent through a registered 10DLC (10-digit long code) campaign via Twilio. Campaign is registered with major U.S. carriers.
- No Consent Sharing: Consumer consent obtained for this program is not sold, transferred, or shared with any other business or brand.
- No Condition of Purchase: Opting in to receive SMS messages is never required to receive any product or service from Veiled.
