By using Veiled's website or SMS service, you agree to these Terms. SMS consent is never required to use our services. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. These Terms include an SMS-specific section (Section 9) with all required carrier disclosures.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Veiled website at veiled.life or enrolling in the Veiled SMS Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website or SMS communications.
2. Service Description
Veiled provides SMS-based customer communication services including:
- Appointment confirmation messages
- Appointment reminder messages
- Missed-call follow-up messages
- Customer support via text message
- Service update notifications
These services are provided to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive such communications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that:
- You are at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
- The phone number you provide is a mobile number in your name or one you are authorized to use.
- You are a resident of the United States.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Transmit any harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive content via reply SMS.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use automated tools to interact with our SMS system except as expressly authorized.
- Re-register for SMS messages after opting out without genuine intent to receive messages.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Veiled website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Veiled and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Privacy

7. Disclaimers
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- SMS messages will be delivered at a specific time or at all (delivery is subject to carrier availability).
- The website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Any information on the website is accurate, complete, or current.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VEILED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Lost profits or data
- Non-delivery or delayed delivery of SMS messages
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
- Any other matter relating to our services
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
9. SMS Messaging Terms
9.1 Program Name and Description
Program Name: Veiled SMS. This program provides customer care messages including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-ups, and customer support communications.
9.2 Opt-In and Consent
By enrolling in the Veiled SMS Program (via web form or by texting JOIN to (480) 442-3716), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Veiled at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
9.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month per enrolled phone number, depending on your activity and appointments.
9.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates charged by your wireless carrier apply to all messages received and sent. Veiled does not charge separately for SMS messages.
9.5 How to Opt Out (STOP)
To unsubscribe from all Veiled SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from Veiled. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us at support@veiled.life.
The following keywords are also accepted: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE,
CANCEL, END, QUIT.

9.7 Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's service availability and coverage area.
9.8 Supported Carriers
The Veiled SMS Program supports all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers or all devices.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veiled and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. For material changes to SMS terms, we will notify enrolled subscribers by text message before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
